Every review on this page is copied from our Google Business Profile without editing. Spelling mistakes, missing capitals and all. The rating shown — 5.0 stars from 28 reviews — is the live figure from that profile, not a number we chose.

Two reasons for that. The first is legal: Canada’s Competition Act, as amended in 2024, prohibits false or misleading testimonials, and edited review text no longer matches the source Google holds. The second is simpler — polished reviews read like they were written by a marketing department, because usually they were.

Why are there only 28 reviews for a 16-year-old company?

Because we did not ask for them for most of that time. The business ran on word of mouth and repeat clients, and Google reviews were an afterthought until relatively recently.

The reviews that are there are real and recent. We would rather show 28 genuine ones than 300 of the kind you can buy.
