Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into a form or tell us on the phone: your name, phone number, email address, the address or neighbourhood of the project, and the details of the work you want done. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies set by this site, and no advertising pixels.

The quote form also records which page you submitted it from. That tells us which pages are useful and which are not. It is not tied to any advertising profile.

How we use it

• To prepare and discuss your quote, and to arrange the in-home measure.
• To carry out the work, which may mean sharing your address and scope with the licensed trades on your project, and with a cabinetry or stone supplier for delivery.
• To supply your strata council or property manager with an alteration application, where your project needs one, and only with your knowledge.
• To contact you about warranty matters after the work is finished.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anybody.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
• We do not use your project photographs in marketing without asking you first.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Form handling and third parties

Quote forms on this site are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the submission to our email inbox. The submission travels over an encrypted connection and is not stored by us anywhere other than that inbox.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard server request data — IP address, browser type, requested URL — for delivery and security. We do not use that data for marketing.

The service-area map on the contact page is a Google Maps embed and loads only when you scroll to it. Google may set its own cookies when it loads; that is governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours. The heading font is served by Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not become projects are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Project records are kept for 7 years, which is what tax rules and the workmanship warranty require.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. Email contact@vancouverkitchenremodel.ca and it will be done within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights under BC and Canadian law

British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada’s PIPEDA give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it if it is wrong, and to withdraw consent for its use.

To exercise any of those, email contact@vancouverkitchenremodel.ca or call (778) 655-4056. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
